When will I get a job?

Published 01-11-2026 · · How we answer

Short answer

No honest astrologer can give you a job-offer date from a Moon sign alone, but there are timing markers. Astrologers look at the 10th house, its ruler and the running Dasha; Jupiter (expansion) crossing the 10th, 6th or 11th from your Moon is read as an active window. Steady applications and follow-ups are what turn a good window into an actual offer.

How ChiChakra reads this

In a birth chart, job timing comes mainly from the Dasha (planetary period) and sub-period of planets connected to the 10th house (career) and the 6th house (daily work). The Moon-sign reading adds the transit layer. As of November 2026 Jupiter has entered Simha, which is 10th from Vrischika and 11th from Tula, traditionally helpful positions for openings.

If you're searching now

Jupiter turns retrograde on 13 December 2026 and is back in Kataka from 25 January to 26 June 2027 before returning to Simha. A slower patch in the middle of a search is normal, not a verdict on you.

Track your search each week: applications sent, replies, interviews, offers. Silence at the reply stage usually means the CV or targeting needs work; stalling at final interviews calls for practice and feedback.

Mercury, the planet of messages, is retrograde until 13 November 2026. Use those days to polish applications and chase up replies rather than to worry.

Good to know

Moon-sign transits describe the season for everyone born under your sign; a personal job-timing reading needs your birth chart, and those readings are coming soon.
