Terms of use
The agreement for using ChiChakra’s current public service.
Effective: 15 October 2026 · Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. Who we are and these terms
ChiChakra is operated by QUATERNITY PLATFORMS LTD, a limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14714481. Contact: baba@chichakra.com.
Registered office: 81 Yew Tree Drive, Bristol, BS15 4UF, United Kingdom.
These terms cover ChiChakra’s website, public readings, timing tools, learning materials and waitlist. Please read them before using the service. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal data; it is not a request for blanket consent.
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using it.
2. What is available
Public Moon-sign readings, local calendar and timing tools, and educational material are available in this early release. Personalised chart predictions, My Dashboard, Journey, live AI Baba conversations and paid subscriptions are marked coming soon. Joining the waitlist does not activate these services, reserve a paid subscription or require payment.
Current public readings use calculated planetary facts and a coded interpretation framework. They do not include your individual birth chart or dashas. Calculation conventions and interpretation rules remain subject to validation. A saved edition or automated consistency check does not mean an astrologer independently reviewed it.
3. Readings, decisions and safety
Astrology is an interpretive tradition; astrological outcome claims are not established scientific predictions. Readings express possible themes rather than guarantees, measured probabilities or promises of a job, income, relationship, visa, health or other result. Calculated astronomy and interpretive conclusions are separate.
Keep practical evidence, your circumstances and qualified advice central to decisions. Our content does not provide medical, mental-health, financial, investment, legal or immigration advice. Wellbeing content concerns ordinary routines and capacity, not diagnosis or treatment. Never delay treatment, miss a legal deadline or take an unsafe action because of a reading or suggested time.
Local timing depends on the date, place, timezone and method selected. Check those inputs and practical requirements before relying on a displayed time. See our Guidance and interpretation notice.
4. Fair use and your submissions
You may use the site and a reasonable amount of its content for personal learning and reflection, and share links with attribution. Our original writing, design and software remain protected by intellectual-property law; third-party material belongs to its respective owners. Statutory exceptions remain available.
Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, harvest personal data, infringe others’ rights or submit unlawful or abusive material. Do not submit another person’s birth details or private information without appropriate authority. Please keep sensitive information out of support and waitlist free-text fields.
You retain rights in your submissions. You allow us to store and use them only as needed to provide the requested function, handle your enquiry and consider your product feedback. Submitting an event or suggestion is not permission to train an AI model on private personal data.
5. Availability, changes and access
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but errors and interruptions can occur. Features may change as validation progresses. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations, and provide an explanation where practicable. Contact us if you think a restriction or result is mistaken.
There is no paid checkout or recurring charge in this release. Any future paid service will present its price, scope, cancellation and refund terms before you commit; these terms do not authorise future charges. We will date changes to these terms and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not remove rights already accrued.
6. Responsibility and your legal rights
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights or remedies.
The limitations of astrology explain the nature of the service; they do not excuse a failure to provide it with the care required by law.
7. Contact, complaints and applicable law
Send service complaints, rights concerns or questions to baba@chichakra.com, with the relevant page and a concise explanation. We will review your complaint and respond. Privacy complaints can also be raised with the ICO as explained in our Privacy notice.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections in your country of residence continue to apply, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts. These terms do not require you to give up those rights.
