For a calculation or reading issue, include the page link, selected date, city and Moon sign where relevant. For accessibility issues, describe what prevented you from using the page. Please avoid birth details or other sensitive personal information unless we specifically need them to resolve your request.

A public email enquiry does not require an account. The in-app support report is a separate signed-in record and does not itself send an email. We do not offer an emergency service or promise an immediate response.
